Your email app will open when you select the address. You can also copy it into the email service you use.
Account, purchase or download help
Include the email associated with your HGE account, the product or page involved, and a description of what happened. For a billing issue, include the transaction reference if available. A screenshot of an error can help; remove any private details first.

Privacy requests
Email us with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what information or account the request concerns. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and the choices available.
Report content or a copyright concern
Include a link to the content, a description of the concern and enough information for us to identify what you are reporting. For copyright concerns, identify the original work and explain your relationship to the rights holder. Please avoid sending unnecessary copies of private or harmful material.

Never email your password, full payment-card number or Social Security number. Support does not need these details to investigate an account or billing problem.
