1. Accounts and access

Use accurate account information, keep your credentials private and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another person or bypass access restrictions. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Some content is public, some requires a free account, and some requires a paid membership or separate purchase. Check the product page and checkout for the access included with your selection. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, obtain appropriate permission from a parent or guardian before using the service.

2. Memberships, payments and cancellation

Membership payments are processed through PayPal. Recurring plans renew according to the schedule shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel through PayPal or request help at vansworld1987@gmail.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues for the period already paid for.

As described in our Refund Policy, digital-access payments are generally non-refundable. Contact us within seven days of a charge about duplicate billing, charges after cancellation, failure to receive promised access or an unresolved problem on our side. We review those requests. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Free accounts and free content do not require membership payments. Separately sold products may have product-specific terms shown before purchase.

3. Content and intellectual property

HGE content and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to a download or membership does not transfer ownership or automatically grant resale, redistribution or commercial licensing rights. Follow the license or permissions supplied with each product, including any applicable open-source license.

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. By posting or uploading it, you permit HGE to store, process and display it as needed to provide the feature and to the audience you choose. Only submit material you have the right to use and share. Do not upload copyrighted recordings, software, documents, images or other material without permission or another lawful basis.

4. Acceptable use

Follow our Community Guidelines. Do not use HGE to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit or target people with hate, abuse or non-consensual sexual content.
• Share sexual content involving minors, or content that endangers children.
• Commit fraud, impersonate others, distribute phishing or malware, create deceptive documents or obtain unauthorized access to systems.
• Promote illegal transactions or the sale of controlled drugs, counterfeit goods or other unlawful products.
• Share someone else's private information without authorization, conduct unauthorized surveillance or infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Send spam, manipulate engagement, interfere with the service or evade moderation and access restrictions.
• Generate artificial advertising impressions or clicks, click ads to manipulate earnings, or offer rewards or incentives for ad interactions.

Report suspected violations through our Contact page. We may restrict content or access when necessary to address violations, protect users or comply with applicable obligations.

5. AI and educational material

AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Review generated code and documents before using them, and verify important claims independently. Do not submit passwords, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information to AI tools.

Books, business-credit material, financial tools and other educational content do not constitute personalized legal, financial, credit-repair, investment, medical or tax advice. 6. External services and advertising

Payments, embedded media, AI processing, external links and advertising may involve services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. An advertisement or external link is not a guarantee or endorsement of a third party or its claims.

Advertising is separate from site navigation and product access. You do not need to click an advertisement to support HGE, obtain a download or use a feature.

7. Availability and changes

Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every tool will suit every purpose. If a paid feature does not provide the access promised, contact us so we can investigate under the applicable product terms and Refund Policy.

We may update these terms and display the revised date on this page. Nothing here excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
